Terms and conditions of sale

1. Acceptance

By confirming an order on https://take.corpsc.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale of Toma!!. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed through checkout, where you provide your name, email, phone number and shipping address. An order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email or our team contacts you to arrange it.

3. Payment methods

We accept bank transfers in MLC, Enzona and cash on delivery (CUP) in selected areas of Havana. The available options are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery times

• Havana: delivery within 24 to 72 hours after confirmation.
• Rest of the country: 3 to 5 business days depending on the municipality. We will let you know when your order is out for delivery.
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your address at checkout.

5. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Email us at alesx2soporte@gmail.com with your order number and we will process your request.

6. Returns and defective products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. See our returns policy for details.

7. Warranty

Tech products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Keep your purchase invoice and reach our team through the Contact page for any claim.

8. Liability

Toma!! is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by incorrect contact details or addresses provided by the customer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Existing purchases are governed by the terms in force when they were confirmed.
